Airport Shuttle Service

Our team will personally meet & greet you at any of the surrounding airports (Livingstone, Kasane or Victoria Falls) and ensure a comfortable journey to the Lodge. During your stay we will provide the transport to any of the various activities you wish to enjoy and you will always be driven by a highly competent guide who will make sure that you don’t miss any points of interest along the way. Should you require any special transfers to be arranged for you, we will gladly organise it for you! All our transport vehicles are air-conditioned, spacious and safe.

TV & Big Screen Viewing

At Ultimate Lodge we have access to a number of competent translators. There is no need to have your holiday enjoyment encumbered by communication difficulties – we can arrange to assist you in English, Afrikaans, Spanish, Italian, French, Japanese, Chinese and German translation. Please note that this service must be arranged prior to your stay with us so please be sure to inform us early on if you require a translator to be arranged!

Ultimate Lodge has worked closely for many years with a very reliable shipping company that provides both local and international shipping services. We can ensure the proper packaging or crating of your purchases along with the necessary paperwork and clearances for export. We will also gladly take care of obtaining the various certificates and approvals required for game skin products, ivory, horns and leather-works. Goods can be transported by sea (90 - 120 days) or by air (+- 7 days) and the follow up service provided allows for tracking from departure to a safe arrival at the destination. Victoria Falls has an unrivalled selection of arts & crafts for you to invest in, knowing that your choices will reach you at home in immaculate condition!

At Ultimate Lodge we offer a same-day Laundry service. Our housekeeping ladies will collect your laundry in the morning while making up-your room and return it in the late afternoon impeccably cleaned and pressed. We can assure you that we take great care when handling your gear and only use quality cleaning products.

24 Hour Security Service

You can be absolutely assured of your safety at all times during your stay with us. On the premises we have a 24hr watchman and a 3m electric perimeter fence and all excursions outside the lodge will be accompanied by a local escort. You will find that, although precautions are always taken, the town of Victoria Falls is quiet and friendly and very welcoming of all tourists.
